1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wrapt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wrapt is a universal wishlist platform that allows you to:

  • Save products from any website to personalized wishlists
  • Organize items across multiple lists
  • Share wishlists with friends and family
  • Access your wishlists across web, mobile, and browser extension

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious content or code

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as wishlist items and descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Wrapt offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans ("Wrapt Pro") that provide access to premium features including unlimited wishlists, product notes, custom profile pictures, banner images, and personalized URLs.

Subscription Terms

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription Options: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
  • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period. No refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods or unused features.

7. Third-Party Content

The Service may display product information, images, and prices from third-party websites. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of this content. Product availability and prices are subject to change by the respective retailers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Wrapt and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRAPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wrapt from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wrapt operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
